Today on Chief Innovation Officer we’re excited to launch the first of an occasional series of interviews with professionals from across the Professional Services space.  In each interview we’ll look to understand the trends and innovations impacting and shaping different professions.

Our first interview is with Cliff Moser, AIA, a Principal and Regional Technical Leader in RTKL’s Los Angeles office, where he is responsible for leading the technical delivery of Healthcare and Health Science projects.

He has over 20 years of healthcare and health science project delivery experience, including extensive experience with OSHPD delivery requirements.

He has an MSQA, is the chair-elect for the Design and Construction Division for the American Society for Quality. He is also an advisory group member for the AIA Practice Management Knowledge Community.

RTKL is an international architecture, engineering and planning firm. Started inBaltimore in 1946 it now has over 1100 employees and offices throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. Its areas of expertise include Commercial, Retail, Residential, Interiors, Planning, and Healthcare.

We’ve broken the interview into series of individual Q&A posts which follow this post.

We welcome your feedback on the trends and innovations highlighted by Cliff.

Our thanks to Cliff for taking the time to share his insights with us!
