Leah is the driving force behind the database and motivates the team to work together in the most efficient manner. Leah monitors day-to-day operations and enforces PracticeView standards. Recognizing that education is key to the motivation and development of the team, Leah identifies the resources needed, facilitates training through both formal and informal programs, and assigns responsibilities based upon individual strengths and interests. As a function of review and continual monitoring of the PracticeView product, Leah remains on the forefront of emerging thought leadership activities and is able to articulate market trends and support the development of research reports and other deliverables.
